PARASITES. Continually sent products to my mum who has early onset of dementia. She had no idea why or what the products were but just paid their bills. She didn't even know that she had received the products she was billed for or where they were. Tried several times to cancel her accounts, as she had two with them (why? they were even sending her the same things). Explained the situation with them & that her husband had just died which they had on record after initial contact. Originally they said they would but didn't do it. The second time I was disconected. The third time even spoke with their supervisor who refused. Disgusting organisation, I don't know how the people who work for it can live with themselves.
