Readings in Carlton is impressive. I can't walk out empty handed.

I could sit here for days. Once you walk in there is an automatic sense of zen that overwhelms. Great selection of books and incredible service that is next to none. It's good for gifts for loved one, lovers and yourself. It is particularly good because of their extended hours, you can visit at any time on any day.

My favourite bookstore in Melbourne! A light atmosphere, jam packed with a range of reads to suit all tastes and perfect for finding presents given the additional knick-knacks also on display (and cards!). It's open late, so always a good meeting place before heading out, too. #reviewtowin

The ultimate bookshop! There is a large selection of every genre, yet the store doesn't feel crowded. It has the perfect atmosphere to while away time hunting for the perfect book, which they are bound to have.

One of the best book store. When needing a break from shopping and eating the way through Lygon St, heading to Readings is an automatic mode. This Reading is quite big, although it did not seem so at first as it is separated into 'rooms'. Very cosy layout. Feel like we can be here half the day looking at books and relaxing. Huge range, be sure to budget for unexpected purchase though.
