Avoid this real estate like the plague. They are incompetent, don't know the ACT and have no idea how QCAT works. They lodge bonds late, only want to deal in cash and support the owners only. Don't respond to emails, don't respond to phone calls, office is never open. Am in the process of reporting to fair trading for their failings. I hope they go out of business and take all their property owner friends with them. I do not know how they got their license to deal in real estate. Absolutely pathetic company.

As Landlords we were happy with this business to start with three years ago. But service went into serious decline. If you want inspections of your property done in accordance with what you pay for, STAY AWAY. Even when inspections were supposedly done, surprise, there were supposed computer glitches where we couldn't be given a copy of the report. We also have an email where they suggested we pay cash to a Tradesman to obtain a discount. Considering that this is an investment property, professional advice, I think not. The ATO would probably be interested in this email.
