An item buried in a single point on page 6 or 7 of the renewal documentation that I overlooked was enough for them to reject our claim. Legally probably correct - morally disgraceful. This item and the correct answer is fundamental to a contract being formed yet they bury it deep in the documentation. I have appealed through their internal dispute process and no surprise here - they rejected my appeal. Now it's off to the Financial Ombudsman
