This a lovely store but it certainly has lots of room for improvement. Not all its products are organic or come from sustainable industries. A wide range of organic products can be found but then they miss the mark on certain levels. They do not sell any hard goat or sheep cheeses (only dairy), have a limited range of organic spices and herbs (I really miss the Planet Organic containers on the shelf), and they fruit and vegetables have yet to impresss me. They are also relatively expensive. Real Organics does have a very nice cafee, which is worth a visit for lunch.
I should rectify that they do have an extensive range of organic dried herb and spices on the shelf, just not in containers. Also, the frozen organic vegetables (i.e. corn, beans, peas) always look like they have been half thawed at some stage and have frost bite. I have seen this differently in other stores. They do have the best-tasting flax seed oil that I have ever encountered (in the fridge). FYI.
