Real Shine Car Detailing

Not recommended. I booked my car for full detailing when I got there at 9:00 Am after 40 minutes driving, they said we can’t do your service because you have a voucher and we have different people to do the service for voucher’s holder, who aren’t working today. So I came back the day after and I left my car for 5 hours. When they gave my car I saw they didn’t do a perfect job and I’m not sure even if they have done everything as they said in their advertisement. I’m very disappointed with their service, and I’m not going back there again .Wasted my time and money.

I was very very happy with my car detail and I’m pleased to be able to leave a 5-star review and recommend Nathan and his team.

My car an AWD Kia Sorento had just spent 2 weeks doing over 4000km up north in Exmouth and Coral Bay towing a camper trailer. Not abused 4WDing but it was quite simply filthy. It required a lot more than a BP Car Wash!

From the front of the car being covered in bugs to the sand inside and the finishing touches of a hand polish and alloy wheel clean, I couldn’t have been happier.

I took my car here to get it detailed so that we can sell it i wish i could turn back time and have never went here. I got the b3 package and paid $280 when i went to pick my car up (3 days after i dropped it off) it was dusty there were scratches on it that i didnt do also they chipped the paint and scratched my left back window tint verry badly so now have to get that fixed the car was not clean inside and out the seats were still wet and my car smells damp inside they also put the mats back in wet. Brought a voucher through Our Deal. Worst car detail ever! They removed part of the Toyota sticker off the back of the vehicle tailgate with a high pressure hose. I wasn't happy about this but accepted it but then when I took the car home after the clean and wound the windows down and up again the tinting was ruined. They must have used windex or something similar with ammonia and it corroded the tint. They denied using a product with ammonia but it was perfectly fine when it went in. Their excuse was that it was caused from dog saliva - last time I checked our dog only has a council licence not a vehicle licence so I'm not sure how it managed to slobber on the drivers window! Also, the dog is rarely in the car. So,my cash wash has cost me an extra $400 to replace the tint. If I could give this a lower rating I would.

I took my vehicle in for a B3 Package which is a full detailing, and also asked if they removed decals to which the answer was yes, at an extra charge. I agreed to this and later that day when I visited to check on the progress, I was astounded to be told by one of the detailers that his boss had used a blade to remove the decals which left deep scratch marks on the right hand side door. Upon questioning the owner of the business about the scratches, I was told that they were already there when the decals were removed. This vehicle was purchased new and had decals immediately fitted and there is no doubt that the vehicle door never had scratches. They agreed to have the door repaired at a panel shop of their choice to which I had to pay half the cost of respraying. This whole process took a week and a half. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking decal removal.
