My business has been using RWTS for over a year for phone, internet and 1300 number routing at my 2 offices. There have been a few minor outages (as every ISP has) but they've been up front about the cause and resolved it quickly. I look forward to many more years of using their services.

Sorry that I had to do this, but I have had an increasingly frustrating time dealing with these guys since my last review (and since they installed our VOiP system). Their training, after sales support, and ability/desire to and timeliness in responding to issues/questions we have is almost non-existent. Certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone for VOiP, though to their advantage is the internet service they provide has not fallen over in over a year - so perhaps might maybe recommend that.

These guys are very helpful over the phone, friendly. They upgraded our internet at work, the quality of service has been incredibly better since that time - almost no drop outs and consistently decent speed. -ve is that because they're not all that big it can be hard to get an answer to any support problems.
