Came to this store on the 9/7/2017 at 2:15pm.

This place just moved upstairs and it stunk like old boots. Its absolutely reeked in the whole entire store. They need to fix that. In regards to service. Absolutely useless and rude. We scoured the store for someone to help us, we were waiting for one man in the tv section standing near him for 20minutes and he didnt even acknowledge us. I finally asked for his help (mind you we wanted to buy a $4400 tv and he was busy for 20minutes on a $30 cable), and instead of nicely saying "ill be over in just one moment if thats okay" or something of the sorts. He says "excuse me im with someone else" and turned his back on us. We will not be returning.

Useless. First, they advertise and sell stock they don't have. They wrote down our contact details wrong then tried to blame us for the mistake. Tried to deliver our goods without notification then got upset we weren't home waiting. Said it would bedelivered then never showed up and didn't call to apologise orexplain. Expected us to contact them! I have never seen such a continuous stream of screw ups from a business that advertises themselves as "Australia's leading retailer". I could go on but they are useless.

Huge store, great new stock and advice about shoes and lots of sport event merchandise. Staff are helpful especially knowledgeable in footwear, they carry good quality brands but when you get an offer from a staff
Member for assistance, take it, in a big store it's hard to get help the
moment you desire it.

Very helpful. They know what they are talking about with shoes. Great service and very helpful staff. Very good with returns and refunds. Very understanding. Would reccommend to anyone. Great store with great staff.

Not happy with this store. Waited 3 months for a trampoline only to find out the store had not even placed my order. The store is clean and displays their items well but the staff can be lacking.
