We took a $1000 HP laptop to reboot to have a noisy fan replaced. Immediately afterwards the computer began sending messages to say the hard drive was damaged and then would crash. We went back to Reboot who denied responsibility. We foolishy handed over more money to have the hard drive replaced. At pick up, we noticed screws missing and ill fitting rear panels. We were told that stripping screw holes sometimes happened and that those screw holes couldn't be used any more!!! (As if that was OK!!) When we pointed out the wonky panel, it was taken into the back room while we were there and the panel was simply glued down at the corner (We were stunned!!).

Niyi fixed my laptop so efficiently that I then brought my boyfriend's laptop and then the home desktop. He upgraded memory, fixed the casing and keyboards, upgraded the programs and generally returned 3 computers to me in as-new condition. Also he accessed my computer remotely when I had a minor issue - no need to leave home! Thank you Niyi!
