At RecoverWiSE Physio we have 60min initial assessments where our Physiotherapists diagnose, inform and formulate your recovery plan to get you back to normal. Our treatment process is called A.S.A.P. We only have individual treatment rooms - no curtains.

Our purpose built Pilates studio contains a trapeze, reformers, barrel & chairs for classes, or for working on your personal programme. Mat and equipment classes are available at convenient times during the week.
