Our removalists were booked for 11am and turned up 2.5 hours late, exhausted from a morning move.
We had the lift booked from 12 - 2pm for exclusive use at our new residence.

Do Not Hire!! A complete Hoax!
I booked a small job with this company. At the time the office girl gave me quote for 3.5 hours at $119.00 per hour plus a flat fee of $65. The job was to move a very small 2-bedroom unit into a 4-bedroom house. So there were only 2 bedroom sets, 2 tv's, fridge and washing machine, about 4 – 5 cubby shelves and just the normal household items. The distance of the move was approx. 13 km. So all up the quote was for $481.50.

Very bad experience with this company, avoid at all cost!
Our expectations were not high: turn up on time, notify if coming late, professional movers, protective blankets, effective communication. We were completely disappointed.

This crowd were to arrive today at 10am then it was between 12 and 1pm then at 3pm they text to say they would do it tomorrow sometime. NEVER NEVER USE THEM.
I didnt book with them I booked with someone else and they gave my job to this crowd. I want to swear as I now have to try and do this myself on a holiday long weekend with 24 people coming for lunch tomorrow and its now 4.30pm RUN FROM THIS CROWD
