Worst customer service i have ever seen, dropped my phone in to be repaired last October 14 with reception issue, never had a phone call from them, i would drop in every 2 weeks only to be told not ready, then told in January that they had bricked it by trying to upgrade firm ware, Owner said he would replace phone, every 2 weeks i would drop in only to be told he hadn't found a replacement phone, about 4 weeks ago i said just get me a phone, his reply was no no i will replace with what you had. Had enough of them & will be taking legal action. PLEASE DON"T GO NEAR THEM FOR ANY REPAIRS>
