Red Lea Chickens

Asked the staff in the tweed city store whether their chicken was Halal and was told absolutely not... I'd been sent in by my mother because they had done the same to her... If only the tiny piece of paper that stated it was halal certified was where customers could see it! Shame on you for not giving the option to make an informed decision. I have sent in many friends to prove to them that this is happening... Shame on you!!!!

Five stars for Red Lea Chickens! What an amazing display and range they have, staff are lovely, and the prices are excellent. Red Lea sell raw chicken/pieces for cooking & have a section of ready cooked chicken. I picked up two large roasted BBQ chickens for $13. Amazing! They also sell the best crispy skin, country fried chicken pieces for about $2 each. Delicious!
