Red Monkey Tea House

Sadly this little gem of a cafe/restaurant/bar closed down about 2 years ago. what a shame.

This is a quirky little hidden gem. Has a decent tapas menu and good drinks selection - really enjoyed the martini they made me and the sweet potatoe fries were delicious. The menu is not very big l but there are quite a few veggie options including dumplings, delicious homemade pickles and pizza. Beer garden out back is good when the weather hots up.

Hidden gem this place. Seriously good homemade food, amazing selection of booze, proper cocktails and great tunes. If only they'd open for lunch.

This is a cheerful quirky little bar, great place to have a quick drink after work . The snacks are tasty and a bit of a bargain. Staff and patrons are friendly and it's a cosy place to spend time. North Melbourne has needed a place like this for a while.
