Red Pharmacy

My sister has been going here for years as she likes to support independent local businesses. After hearing me complain about chem wrhouse and their mistakes, long wait times, she suggested I go here. Been going to this pharmacy every month for about a year. Have had good experiences, so will be making this my only pharmacy. Pretty happy with the service.

Horrible service both pharmacist and assistant have minimal knowledge actually embarrassed for the pharmacy!!! 0 stars take your prescription down the road to other pharmacy.

Never again will I go to this pharmacy. My 9-yr-old daughter has been sick with an infection. Few days ago, I took her to the Moonee Ponds Medical Center next door and only filled the antibiotic prescription here bc of convenience. First of all, the pharmacist gave me capsules, which I questioned as I don\'t know many kids who can swallow capsules. They then told me to break the capsules and give her the powder. Being a registered nurse for 18 yrs, I know that\'s not a safe and effective way to take medication in capsule form. So they gave me the med in syrup form at my request. It was in a 100ml bottle and should last 5 days (5 ml 4 times\/day). Well, today, the fourth day, I realize I only had 5 ml left in the bottle. I was short 5 doses (25ml)! So I called the pharmacy and was told by a different pharmacist to go back to the Dr to get another prescription!
