just got a chicken roll from red rock charcoal chicken in Rowville village on opening the bag the first thing i noticed was a funny off smell i looked at the chicken and it had a off yellow colour to it . i took it back to let them know and get a fresh roll but he accuses me of doing this before without even looking or smelling the roll . the chicken rolls are pre-made and god only knows how long they sit there . not happy with the food and certainly not happy with the service will not be going there again. $8.50 for a roll that costs them $2.50 to make and i couldn't get a fresh 1 made! they have lost me as a customer and will be telling my friends . i'll be going to Kelletts Charcoal Chicken @ the lakes from now on . this is why they are only 3 an a half stars compared to 4 an a half @ Killetts. Try Killetts lamb pack .
Love! Love! Love! I come here nearly every week to buy my family dinner after work its easy convinient and there fill there chips very generously.
The chickens are never over cooked and the salads are always so fresh.I would and have always recommended this place to my friends and family and will continue to!
