have to be honest, I have been a little disappointed with Red Rooster's quality of everything, such as: food and service. Always forgetting items and lack of freshness in their food. I was unhappy about this and decided to talk to them about it. Then I was informed that there was a new manager and they are doing everything to improve their service and recently I couldn't be more happier with the way Red Rooster is now run. Improvement all round! Service with a smile! I want to say thanks! You guys put the customers first and I couldn't be more happier! Well done :-) we will be going back
We have not been to the Red Rooster for a while but over the past 3 months we have been impressed,. Now that it is franchised and privately owned the quality and service has greatly improved. Staff freiendly and ther is a difference. If you have not been for a while well worth the visit.
