I've given up on this Red Rooster. I ordered a classic quarter with the leg piece today. After receiving several judgemental looks from staff I left to realise they gave me the wing piece. Went back to swap to be greeted with the same looks and absolutely no apology for their stuff up.
After several experiences like this I'm done with this store. Probably a good thing. The food, while tasty, is sickeningly fatty.
The owner/manager needs to seriously rethink their training procedures as the staff in general have terrible attitudes.
I realise they're probably just teenagers but I rarely get anything similar from other food stores with similarly aged staff.
Almost forgot to mention, they ran out of chocolate mousse. This has been the case for at least half a week. Running out of prodcuts is a regular occurrence at this store. They even ran out of chicken one night.
The product is almost always good. But despite the girls usually being fairly nice, I have had a few occasions where they get the order wrong. Just recently they forgot to give me a drink and I didn't realise till I was home so had to drive about 20 mins out of my way due to a customer service error. When I went to the store to get my drink the girls did not apologise at all. In fact, they looked at me like they thought I was lying and thought I was trying to get a free drink.
It's hard to complain when it's such good value but the least they could do when they make a mistake and put you out at the end of a long day is apologise. If I were the manager I would probably give a small price item as a ...read more

We ordered at 6:36pm approx and Our order arrived at 6:55pm!!! WOw - fast and boiling hot. Chicken excellent! Drink icy cold. Driver was lovely and friendly - thank you very much to the driver. Could not fault their service and delivery. Will definitely use again. I have read a few bad reviews, but I am fuuuusssssyyyyy......and they were perfect. Oh, only issue is my online login wont register - keeps saying "token expired" or something so I cant register permanently. Will deal with that later. Otherwise - excellent 10/10. Thanks again - it was much appreciated.
NOTE: We had to use delivery as we were awaiting a Coles home delivery of groceries that was a few hours late and was stuck home - hence couldn't even go through drive thru in jimmy jams to get chicky as had to wait for Coles - aaaagghgghhg. But that's another story.
I frequent this franchise at this particular spot, because there are days you just don't want to cook, you don't want to drive miles away and you don't want junk food either.
