The food is nice i must agree but the service is poor and very unprofessional.
When I have walked into the store to order the staff are just talking among themselves, didnt pay any attention of what i wanted and basically had to ask me 3 times what i ordered and got it wrong when i got my food.
The same when going through drive through. You see staff members smoking at the back and make you wait ridicules amount of time for chips?!

Recommend people to go else where!

My local red rooster is unprofessional and the staff at the back of the counter is busy chatting away in front of you while serving they just don't pay any attention to what you are ordering. The meal i received was more cold just the bloody service was not acceptable.

Sloppy Chips , avoided other local store and went here instead and got soggy chips that some teenager would die for

did not like the service at this store all young people standing around having a chat like that was more important than serving the customers
