The worst service. Ordered a family dinner meal through the drive thru and they forgot the chicken! We received hot chips, gravy and drinks and realised after we were home that they never put in the chicken. And to make matters worse the gravy container broke and split all over the car!
Disgraceful yet again, after waiting over half an hour for a instore order a couple of months ago and copping attitude from the manager at the time. I now sit in drive thru for 20mins after placing my order and get home to what could loosely be described as a luke warm meal. Disgraceful when will this store get its act together
I love going to this store. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and its always clean. Also nice to be able to sit down in store and they have a tv on, with normal television, instead of music.
My family goes every Monday, i get the same great service by the same manager, and never have any complaints.
I cant seem to figure out how to delete a review, so im just going to add to it.
I have gone here several times in the past few months, and have only one word for this store.....pathetic.
The food was lousy, the staff rude, the service practically not existant.
I thought it may have just been a bad experience the first time it happened, but it now seems the norm.
I did approve of this store, but now i wont be back.
