the speed of service varies between fast and slow because they make the food for you as soon as you order. so be patient.
if you aren't the patient type then don't bother complaining to the staff members.

yes, sometimes they run out of chickens. But, again, you can't blame them for having so many customers and little time to prepare(cook) the chickens.
the drive thru speakers aren't as good as they use to be, so sometimes the cashier can't really hear you. best to speak loud and CLEAR. =)
I've been in this red rooster and ordered a chicken and been told they're actually out of chickens, and the wait will be half an hour until they have any more cooked. I'm not sure theat's very good management for a fast food chicken place, but I won't be going back.
