I am a busy professional woman. My goal is manageable hair that travels well without fuss. I am truly grateful to Jamie for introducing me to Brazilian hair relaxing treatment. It really has been a lifestyle changer :)
Jamie has achieved a short, quirky cut and hair condition that is easy for me to style. Style 10. Cut 10. Service- 10 (professional, understated, respectful, caring.and a lot of laughs!).

Having now been a regular to this salon for a while now I was so upset to read such a hideous review- from my experience I have never been so happy with the service and the banter I get with the staff - I leave so happy and not only do I look good I feel fantastic -- Go and get the London treatment at this fab salon! As a new customer its scary walking into a new salon not knowing what you're going to get, form the minute i walked in a was made to feel comfortable. The stylist was really help full with ideas about how to make my hair look its best and how to keep it that way. If you want a funky salon that doesn't feel pretentious and intimidating then Red Rupunzel is for you!

I've never been compelled to write a review but feel today is the day. I have been coming to red rupunzel for the past 3 years. I traveled from hawthorn every 4 weeks as I have tried salons in my area and just always been unhappy with the service comparied to how much I paid! I was recommended by a friend and have never looked back! Tamara has always been so honest with me when I've requested a treatment I've read about and she has steered me in the right direction. I've always had thin hair and cannot say how happy I am to have a thick ponytail thanks to the advise and personal attention I have been given. Customer for life!

Worse hairdressing experience. Have been a couple of times and the first time was fine, second left me feeling underwhelmed and not happy but thought the price was okay but decided to go somewhere else where I have been happy but very pricey. Trying to save money I went back because it was close and not only was it the worse hair cut, the hairdresser argued with me over what I wanted, did not listen to my requirements and it was more expensive. The service was so rude. My dissatisfaction has prompted me to leave my first review on a service ever. Back to my pricey salon where at least I get a great hair cut and a great hairdresser.
