Redcliffe Parade Family Medical Practice

I have lived in Redcliffe for three and half years and during this period I have exclusively used the Redcliffe Parade Family Medical Practice for all GP visits.
My experience with the RPFMC compared to other medical centres puts it at the top because of their consistent professionalism over the time I have been a patient there.
On rare occasions staff may have been terse but never rude or patronising. I think they handle the pressure of a busy day much better than I could or most people for that matter.
On many occasions the GP I am with will "turn off the clock" to go into greater depth with their advice concerning my illness and since I bulk bill my appointments they are in essence working for free.
For this and the other reasons I mentioned above are why I wrote this review.

Practice rang to cancel my appointment 2 hrs before it was due.Not able to get me another appointment with other doctors there today.

Staff very unhelpful, rude and as another poster said belittling.

Dr Verde is a delight, bright and on the ball, checks up on everything. She doesn't miss a trick. The surgery is very centrally located in Blue Water Square, with the chemist just downstairs. Office staff are very polite and efficient, too. Highly recommended !
