Recently had a appointment arrived 10 minutes earlier. then not see until 50 minutes after appointment time. I expect it might happen at a bulk bill clinic but not when I am paying top dollar. Will not be attending this clinic again.

I have been a client of the Redcliffe 7-Day medical Centre for years. I find the service great. Given the waiting room is packed, does that not tell you something; the services is good. The waiting room is not filthy just busy with the detritus of many people visiting. Lucky you if you have a health care card. At 74 years I still pay all my own medical bills.
I went here to have a script written, I was in with the doctor for less than 5 minutes and was charged $77! When I presented my health care card and they said that would not reduce the price.

I am really not impressed with this clinic. The waiting room is really filthy and it is always packed. The wait time for a doctor is often 30 minutes or more and your time with the doctor is rushed. It is one of the most expensive clinics on the peninsula and I have never heard anyone say anything good about the place. The only reason I have ever gone is out of necessity, as outside of business hours it is usually the only clinic open and you can always get in without an appointment. Apart from that, I would give it a miss.
