Redcliffe Superclinic

I waited over an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment. When I questioned the reception staff, staff said the Doctor was very busy. The Doctor came out and the reception staff gave doctor the next file and called out a name. As the reception staff was talking to the doctor, I assume it was about me. The Doctor then apologies to the other person and calls me. When we got into the room doctor apologies to me saying the reception staff didn't book me in. Who do you believe. The Doctor blames the reception staff and the reception staff blames the Doctor .

Called to book medical for a driving job. Was told by a doctor that it would take longer than a 10min consultation and they would be charging me for wasting their time, even though I told them what I was booking for when I called. Found their manner rude and arrogant. Then onto speaking to the receptionist they denied ever booking me for a medical that I had stated on the phone.

This is one of the best clinics I have been to, I have been going here since they first opened and have seen the same doctor every time. The staff were always friendly, each time I have had to wait awhile for my appointment, but when I do see the doctor I am not rushed in and out. I would recommend the clinic to anyone looking for an attentive doctors service.

I was a patient of the Superclinic whilst in the area, and always found all of the staff to be extremely helpful. I have no hesitation to recommend this clinic to anyone requiring medical assistance. I have moved away and still have some contact with the clinic and still receive excellent service from all of the staff. I have read the reviews, and I wonder what people expect, it would be extremely hard for a doctor to stick to a tight schedule, as we all have different ailments and require different amounts of the doctors time. So we should expect to have to wait at times, and maybe even get our visits over and done with earlier at other times. I do not see any references to any times that the doctor has been running early and visits are completed earlier than expected.
