The customer service for this store is poor. They took forever to get blinds to us once ordered, got the colour wrong, didn't deliver on the day they said they would deliver and had us sitting around waiting all morning with no phone call to say they weren't doing a delivery on the promised day. Once we got the blinds there were only 4 screws in the packet when 12 were needed. Awful.
