Very clear delivery instructions were ignored. The replacement arrangement was disappointing, although not half as disappointing as their dismissive attitude - ignoring the delivery instructions (which were given for good reason) is not a 'simple oversight' - not when its a floral DELIVERY service.
If you are wanting beautiful flowers for your wedding then go to Redlands Florist but if you are wanting them to deliver your flowers on the day of your wedding then think again. We ordered a very large amount of red roses for our wedding but did not receive them until the day after our wedding. Numerous people tried calling this business to see where they were but there was no answer. I was an hour late to my wedding with no red roses (theme of the wedding was red roses!!)
The next day we had the florist deliver the flowers to the venue. I called the Florist and they said that all their paper work said a different date when both my husband and myself viewed the documentation. All in all it was a disaster, a nightmare and extremely upsetting. I do not want this to happen to any other brides out there. Would not recommend them doing any weddings.
