Very ordinary, in fact awful.
The room was clean and cosy, but the common areas and the food were both not up to the standard. The brochure was inaccurate, there was no complimentary tea/coffee in the common rooms. The restaurant was staffed only by the Resort manager. The food was plain (plain boiled potatoes, roughly chopped carrots, snow peas and totally cold and undercooked steak with tinned mushroom gravy)! Plain food has a place and a price range, but this was inedible and so I ate the carrots and peas, but had to leave the rest, as I say the steak was cold.
The second day the common area/lounge had not been cleaned overnight, and was much the worse for wear.
Complaint to the manager was dismissed in a very offhand and rude manner, with basically a "well don't come back" attitude. Belive me I won't.
