Started off dealing with Redpine with high expectations. Unfortunately, things did not end will. There were major issues with the quality of the work, especially with the levels and water pooling on top. 4 times they came back to try and fix it, but did not. Eventually, I had to get the building inspectors in, who deemed the work unacceptable. Rather than have them come back again, we agreed on a partial refund. Also, the mess left behind was terrible, as others have mentioned. Would not recommend.
We live in Redcliffe and recently had Redpine Paving install a paved driveway and some extra pathways. They did a fantastic job, very professional in every way.
The first day they dug out and removed the old cracked driveway and paths then boxed up the whole job ready for the next day. Next morning the concrete truck arrived at 6.30am and the driveway and paths were poured and levelled by 10am. On the third day all pavers were laid on the concrete base to the driveway and all paths. And on the fourth day the whole job was completed and it looks absolutely beautiful.
The staff from Redcliffe Paving always arrived on time at 6.30 each morning, they are very friendly guys and they left the yard spotless and all cleaned up. We could not fault them in any way. I had my pool area paved by these guys. The workmanship was quite good. 2 major disappointments. Firstly the mess left behind. When the concreting was done they sprayed it all over my freshly painted house and fence, I can't get it off. They also left the tile crates behind on my front lawn which was no big deal except they were filled to the brim with all the off cuts and sand they had left over. It was impossible to move. Secondly we can no longer open our doors out to the pool because they tiled to high. They say it is my problem because the pool laws have changed and I should have them reversed. All I wanted was the same as I had before. Other than these 2 problems the job done was of good quality at a fair price.
Similar story for me. I had a new driveway laid. My front lawn was full of cigarette butts by the time it was finished, left there by the owner builder. I am also still waiting for the pallets to be taken away four weeks after the job is finished. Was told they'd be picked up by Claypave within a couple of days of completion of job. Several requests have been made to get them shifted but Redpine aren't interested and keep telling me that they've told Claypave to get them. Lousy after sales service
