All i can say is a very money hungry group of people.

More than sufficient time has elapsed since I brought my concerns to the attention of the management at Reece Realty so I can only assume the principal agent condones and encourages the activities of the agents.
I would NOT, under any circumstances, use this firm, and in particular, the agent again.

Reece Realty is the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They allowed my landlord unauthorised access to the property on multiple occasions (and often his visits were as early as seven in the morning). When my house was broken into and I suspected this because a window was open that had never been before and I was the only one living at the premises at the time I told Reece Realty and they condescendingly laughed at me and told me the cleaner probably just left it open. They did not bother to have any one check out the house for me. The house was broken into and I went back to Reece Realty to ask what I should do and all Stevie suggested was to call the police. I asked her to send someone around to check out the property which she promised she would do but of course never did. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in all my life!! The wait for my bond to be returned was ridiculous. After speaking to a person, who was rude, told us my sons rent was in errears. It was over a week in advance. After hanging up from our conversation I burst into tears because of their absolute rudeness. We had to wait for our advance rent to be returned from the 15/01/2015 to 11/02/2015 after three phone calls and different excuses. Please be warned these people are not people you want to deal with!!!!
