Not sure about 2 years ago , I had no trouble with Geoff , but just dealt with Aaron today and what a weath of knowledge and by no way a pushie salesman just a passion for prospecting . No way connected but have brought of Reeds for 6 years plus .
Added a detector to the arsonal only to have Arron take me and another bloke in the store across the road for a run down on the detector . And have been on a tag a long and never saw anyone set it up as the way he showed .
Highly recommend , they are priced right and you have the back up of their knowledge after you have purchased that you will not get with web sales .

I found both Jeff and Jo to be quite rude and patronising on many occasions. I have bought quite a bit of stuff from them over the years and they have never been very helpful, always got something more important to do than help you. They never responded to any of my emails about product enquires... not sure why they even have an enquiry form on their website. They are also expensive, I ended up buying my new detector elsewhere as I was not impressed with their service and attitude.
