They proved to be amongst the better level if the retail market.
Overall nice staff, good fish &,great variety of aquarium plants made a real difference to me after my first visit there.

I have been to this shop twice to purchase products for my reptile (unlike the previous reviews). The last time I went was last week and I found their service to be great and friendly and more than helpful.
Prices were reasonable too and I have also got other people onto this store for their reptile products
I would absolutely agree. I love is store and the staff. They are interested in my tanks and they offer advice but never push anything. I have been to many stores for advice on marine keeping and if I took everyone's advice I would have about 10 things running and a huge electricity bill! They tailor their advice to what my needs are. The staff are AWESOME AND FRIENDLY :)
Man I couldnt agree more Jono. SHOCKING service. I dont think I have ever written a scathing review before but these guys deserve it.
I have been shopping there for 6-7 years until yesterday. Years ago I always found the management helpful and knowledgeable but mainly on freshwater. Mostly I dealt with staff over the years as was good with Marine, but left and now they have some staff who is non-attentive. When they do decide to talk to you, they think they know it all and let me tell you they do not have a clue. Ive studied Marine Science for 18 years, published 2 papers, and very few of their ideas or techniques would be recognized or accepted.
