Mick Raynes received $2700 to purchase wood from me as he seemed to have the experience and knew what he was talking about. We trusted Mick and he has taken the money and not purchased the wood. He would rather take the money rather than work for the $5000 it was going to take to lay it. Shame on you Mick. Do the right thing and pay it back!
Mick may be a good tradesman...I wouldn't know. He took thousands of dollars as my deposit in November 2017 and has not provided the timber, the work or the refund to which he agreed. So I haven't seen his work. So far he has ignored the orders of the NSW Civil an Administrative Tribunal and the District Court of NSW to repay the money.
I recommend that you do not pay him anything until your job is finished to your complete satisfaction.
Mick's business has been in Albury and also in Gilmore ACT, so if you deal with him in either place, beware!
Still have not heard from Mick about doing the right thing and repaying the money that was given to him to purchase wood. He has ignored court Orders and removed his money so the bank could not withdraw it. Think twice if you are thinking about using this company
