John and the team were absolutely amazing. After contacting several other businesses about fixing my car they were the only ones who were going to attempt to fix the car without removing the head off the vehicle. They could easily have said the same as the other guys but there experts were willing to try and fix it by assessing the job. Not only did they fix in a very short amount of time but they saved me a lot of money on the job. This shows a customer first mentality and quality mechanics. I would hesitate in recommending John and the team.

I cannot thank John and his staff enough for taking my Range Rover Evoque under their wing for a diagnosis on an engine issue. They diagnosed it, reported back to me promptly, gave me a timeline for the repairs and delivered my vehicle back in perfect working order. I was recommened to Reflex when I had real concerns with prior mechanic. I received OUTSTANDING service and understanding , Nothing was to hard for John to take on for me and Totally resove my problems . My local suburban mechanic recommended I contact Reflex Automotive when my 4WD needed work on the engine. John and his team were great. They talked through the options and pricing, and then did a complete engine rebuild for me. When the engine subsequently developed a misfire, they traced the fault to a defective (brand new) spark plug lead that had been supplied by my local mechanic during the original diagnosis, and rectified it. At all stages they were informative, helpful and knowledgeable. I've taken the vehicle back for regular servicing since, and also for advice.
Aside from the high quality work they do, they are a genuinely nice, friendly group of people. I highly recommend them.

I travelled over 300 km's to have a head gasket fitted to my XTrail. John and the Team were extremely polite and helpful and repaired my car well under what I had been quoted locally. John also made sure that he was happy with the repair which was reassuring not to mention the after-care service if necessary. What more can I say? Thanks again to John and the Team ..brilliant!
