I rented from these guys in Rocklea during the 2011 floods. They told me that I had to keep paying rent or would forfeit my bond. They kept us in the house paying rent until our lease was up. My partner got a serious infection from the black mould growing and they still wouldn't let us break lease without threatening to take us to court for rent payments that they would lose. They're handyman is old and slow, the service and communication is horrible and their properties are run down with cheap owners. If you can help it, don't rent from these guys. We rented a mouse infested, mould pit with dodgy electrical wiring with them and they did nothing but take our money.

I have a rental propert with these guys...I was a bit disappointed with the service. There was sometimes a probelm with communication. On one occassion i was advised "hey peter you have a leaking tap in your rental property. I would turn up to fix the tap and teh tenants would say ...what are you doing here...and I would say I advised the agent that I would be turning up...then they would say well we were never told, well you are here now you can fix teh light...light...tehn I would say I can't do that and I'll have to get an electrician. It wasnt all bad. Sometimes the agent managed to get me some really good tenants. But I guess that is teh luck of the draw with rentals.
