Regency Bathrooms were absolutely fabulous from the original quote with Kane snr which was given to me on the spot I was impressed his parting words was my staff are punctual and clean that is ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON. My family and I are very happy with everything from the beginning right to the end our bathroom is absolutely beautiful.

Regency is a one stop shop, single quote, including fittings and trades. They arrange the other tradesmen as well as providing a decent range of in-shop fittings, so its basically hassle free. Everything was done on time, and the over-all quality of work was outstanding. With tradesmen I have found it's worth finding someone you trust above all, and I trust these guys.
I couldn't be happier. Kane Snr is old school. Basically said anything could be done & gave me the all in quote within 10 mins. Sat there and did it immediately. I did say I wanted everything included, painting, they got rid of one door & made the bathroom/ toilet all in one. Getting rid of the asbestos, painting, products, everything.
We went to the showroom and chose all the products/ tiles. I negotiated a little on the price and Bill (from the show room) gave me the written quote. Be aware, Kane Snr doesn't do plans up, so you need to be there for the tradesmen on the first day!
Kane Jnr & the other tradesmen turned up at 7am each day. They were professional and I couldn't have asked for better. When we came across an existing major water damage problem, it wasn't an issue. I found the service to be very professional, and the advice on the final design and selection of products by Kane Jnr was fantastic. I was also very happy with the quality of workmanship, even more so considering the tight timeframe which they were asked by me, to work within.
I'd highly recommend them. They were good value for money and professional. I'd definitely use them again.
This bathroom renovation was made easy with good old fashion advice & service. The tradesmen were communicative and good to have in the house (Loved the no smoking policy). When a problem arose we were given the options available and were able to move on with little interuption.
