Regency Jewellers & Antiques

I have been a customer at this shop for many years, but they have really let it go, after putting in a necklace for a little hoop to be put on i was told it was to take 2 days, I ask for a quote on the price but am not given one, when returning to collect my item i was informed it was still not ready and would take at least a week. A week passes and i go to collect my necklace, the store has 3 workers working, 1 customer looking at the new stock, i wait 15 minutes to be served then when finally served what normaly would have cost me $2 to repair I am overcharged and have to pay $10!!!I am very annoyed with this jewelers and encourage any body with broken jewlery to shop around.
