I attended this centre last Friday with my very sick 3 year old. The receptionist was attentive (got the doctor straight away) and the doctor was very compassionate and thoughtful. My son was very sick and they called an ambulance and made me feel at ease. No complaints! Thank you.
I agree with the post below - definitely the worst Medical Centre. The reception staff treated me like a joke. I never felt so humiliated at a Medical Centre before. I wanted to write a complaint letter to HCCC so I popped back in couple of hours later to get the names of the staff. The reception staff knew I wanted to make a complaint because I asked them who their management was. The staff handed me the IPN complaints form without trying to resolve anything. Staff shouldve at least asked me why I was upset and if there is anything they can do to help the situation. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Worst Medical Centre ever. Went there for couple of years only cause our dfamily doctor retired. Anyway, popped in 29 July 2013 and the place is worse than before. The staff at the front was damn rude, the nurse had no clue so ended up wasting an hour taking my daughter down there after calling before to check if its ok to come down and get her vaccinated book updated, as they filled it out wrong! Thank goodness we found a new doctor and never have to set foot in this badly run business....
