For many years now I have experienced a recurring upper back and shoulder pain. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can not walk properly or even catch my breath. The pain and restricted movement comes on sporadically and without warning, and when it occurred during my pregnancy I was almost in tears. I saw Regina for a Bowen treatment and within minutes she had relieved the pain and I was able to breathe properly. I was truly amazed! It was the first time I had tried Bowen therapy and it worked brilliantly. I saw Regina again for another treatment about a week later just to ensure everything was alright. Since then I have had only one episode where the pain returned (this time though we knew it was from lifting my baby). I am so pleased that not only did the Bowen therapy immediately relieve the pain but it has greatly reduced the number of times this pain has occurred since. Thankyou Regina!
