Welcome to Regional and Rural Mental Health Services. Our practice is based in Toowoomba, Queensland, where we provide a variety of services to support the health and well-being of your mind, emotions and spirit.

It is our privilege to be able to offer our clients respect, care and encouragement to assist them to identify and build on their strengths, and to provide them with new skills, so they can shape their lives in satisfying ways. The team at Regional and Rural Mental Health Services provides programs and interventions, based on the latest research and clinically-based understandings, to help people better manage their own hearts, minds and lives.

Our team believe that psychological treatment should be available to everybody, irrespective of financial status. Sessions with our Psychologists attract a Medicare Rebate when the appropriate referrals are in place. We also offer Bulk Billing for clients experiencing financial hardship.
