Supwer happy with the service from these guys. I knew the bike was the best price around and wasn't expecting the service to be so good. Friendly bunch who helped me out really well. Love it.

Super happy with the bike. Staff were super helpful too even though it was busy (Saturday morning). Anyway, loving disc brakes! All good.

*Two weeks* after purchasing a bike, the bell broke. Took the bike back to the store, hoping they would quickly replace it as (1) it's not an expensive fix for them at all, (2) it's reasonable to expect components of the bike to work fine under normal conditions for at least a few months, and (3) I would have walked away as a happy customer had they simply given me a new bell. Instead I was told that bells aren't covered under warranty and sent away. Poor service for something that could have been fixed within 2 minutes and at almost no cost to the store at all. Don't recommend.

Went to Reid Cycles this week and was so pleased with not only my shiny new ladies bike but the terrific customer service. The guys are all super helpful and had me sorted with the correct bike for me plus all the safety equipment required. Even gave me some park runs ideas as well.
Would recommend Reid Cycles to anyone wanting a bike.
