If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I would not recommend nor ever use Reid Real Estate for an investment property. The property managers are incompetent, negligent and take no responsibility for their actual role and duty as your property manager. It is going to cost us $4500 to bring our property back to the same standard it was as according to the initial rental entry report. Reid have essentially cost us as they did not identify any issues on the tenants exit report. Instead they just choose to mark everything as fair wear and tear to make their life easier. We now have no leg to stand on to take this matter further to QCAT as Reid have been incompetent with actually meeting their responsibilities as a Property Manager
