Reid Removals provide a written quotation to all our customers for our service which includes payment options & terms – that is, when payment is expected. This document was emailed to you 16/06/17 & approval (signed documents) was received 30/06/17 confirming your booking & understanding of our terms. We do not provide accounts & as such all removals are to be paid upon completion of our service. We absolutely respect our clients & understand that moving is a stressful time & aim to alleviate that stress as much as possible with a well organised & well communictaed service. We do apologise for any miscommunication on this & welcome input as to additional methods of notification on top of our Booking documents & Terms of Trade that may prevent any future misunderstandings.
