I will never go to any other medical practice! Incredibly professional and the doctors are so caring and truly listen to everything you say. I always feel so at ease!

My child ended up in emergency early morning. they advertised they were open til 10pm, we tried to book an appointment earlier by phone (no answer, by the app which had a technical issue) that evening obviously because it wasn't an emergency at that point. So we drove there because we couldn't get through. They we closed. The after hours mobile number was switched off. We go there all the time.
I was informed informed 3 days later they are having a trial of closing at 6pm but do not think to change the hours advertised so patients can make a alternate arrangements. So we went to emergency to see the clinic doctor. By the time we were seen by the hospital clinic hours later he was admitted. This could have been avoided.

Great service and never a long wait. Love this medical centre.
