Reliance Medical Practice

In 2021 I had to move from the Reliance Practices in the South of the Central Coast alongside a move to another house, and having been with Reliance from 2018, I assumed a seamless delivery of service. Unfortunately, in many professional practices in my experience there are reception staff who believe their position is a source of power rather than a customer relations role and at Reliance North Wyong there is a Queen Bee, Leonie I believe, and her minion wanna bees who on my first day forceably instructed me to abide by the COVID signs on the floor after which she let me stand there while she chatted and fussed over whatever paperwork she was engaged in. This woman runs things like a little fifedom unlike all the other clinics with one specific incident in my experience. Then I was beconed to approach the plexiglass.
