Presenting Modern Australian & International Cuisine with a unique edge carefully crafted by our highly skilled chefs, The Remington offers a dining experience and not just a meal.
The Remington Restaurant boasts a comprehensive 14 page hand selected wine list to perfectly accompany any dish on the menu and an array of carefully crafted cocktails by our highly skilled onsite Mixoligist.
The Remington Restaurant Muswellbrook is the perfect place for your next dining experience whether it be a romantic dinner for two, dinner with friends or a business luncheon or breakfast.
Menu's are changed out regularly to ensure variety and the opportunity to sample some of our chefs creations. Choose to dine off our normal menu or make an evening and dining experience out of it on a Friday or Saturday night and dine off our specially designed Degustation menu. The choices are seriously mouthwatering.
Breakfast: 5.30am - 8.30am Monday to Friday
7.00am - 10.00am Saturdays
8:00am - 11:00am Sundays
Dinner: 6.00pm - late Monday to Sunday
Or feel free to come on in for a coffee or beverage any time as we are always happy assist.
