I usually love remos waterside takeaway. Infact, I always recommend this place to friends and family for both the Chinese and fish and chips but tonight it was absolutely awful. We had fish and chip for dinner, our calamari was so overcooked it was chewy and the coating all crumbled off, the chips were soggy (still tasted yummy, the potato scalops were also overcooked and almost no potato imstead just full of oil and the fish had so much oil throughout. It could of been the deep fryer oil needed changing- but who know. As I said usually great but I gave my low rating just on tonights experience.
Horrible food, poor service and lack of care given.
We waited over ten minutes for six nuggets, small chips and six calamari.
Just as we were receiving the foods a person who was a friend to the staff reached over and ate one of our Calimari. The staff found this hilarious, after waiting much over ten minutes we did not.
No apologies were given and the staff were going to make us wait much longer for one more piece of calamari. Our food was becoming cold in the meanwhile.
We went home after fifteen minutes with five pieces of burnt calamari, six nuggets and a mix of burnt and average chips.
Our previous visits have been the same, burnt food, long waiting times and poor quality staff.
I do not recommend eating here.

Very cheap and fast, yes there is no e-post but who cares not ever shop has it just make sure u bring cash before u come.
Also its not a bad area people just like to carry on and rubbish other towns. Don't like what you see then rack off and don't come back. Simple.
Lovely people who work there, very friendly and well mannered.
Defiantly won't go anywhere else
Only downside is they are never open on a Monday, but other then this would have to be the best takeaway in town :))
Address is wrong - it's nowhere near the highway, in Liamena Ave San Remo.

Its not even near what you are describing, they have by far the best Chinese in town and cheap to.
