Dean was very helpful, prompt and had our garage door fixed in no time. His prices were extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend him for all your remote garage door enquires.

This bloke likes to get paid way overs for his work. Charged $495 to change springs on Garage door. Was here for 60 minutes. Later was quoted $350 from another company to do the same job. They had to travel 20 minutes to get here. Dean had to travel 1 minute. Didn't leave a invoice and have called since about it. Promised again to send one but still hasn't arrived.Stay away from Remotes R US IN Bracken Ridge.

I would ike to thank Dean for his professional and prompt service attending to an emergency breakdown of my mothers garage door. After explaining the urgency of the situtation, Dean arrived within 45 minutes of logging the call, and thats the time it would of taken him to drive accross town to Beenleigh. I spent an hour on the phone to a competitor who was not able to have a technician out for 24 hours due to being a Saturday. I needed a technician urgently!
The cost was very competitive and as such, our Body Corporate will use Remotes-R-Us as our preferred supplier.

Used Dean to fix our garage door ,was there for 20 mins and was charged $195 what a rip off ,never again.

Had to get another company to come and finish the job (Dean) started. Did not have the expertise to programme a remote for a garage door. Very unprofessional and should not be in business.
