Removal Squad never turned up for the job we booked and left us stranded and a day behind our moving schedule. We asked them to arrive at 9am on a Friday. We rang at 10am to ask where they were. The management said an earlier job was taking longer than expected but a team of removalists would come at 3pm. At 4pm we rang again and were told a team was on its way. At 6pm we had had enough and started ringing other companies. Fortunately we found someone that could help at short notice, so cancelled Removal Squad.
When we emailed a complaint the management replied that we had accepted the company's terms and conditions, which state arrival time was beyond their control. So if you book these guys they might turn up. Or they might not.
