Unprofessional. Stressful. Disappointing. Terrible experience. Was sent someone on his first day that looked like he was going to have a heart attack. He ended up sitting in his truck whilst we moved most. Lucky the one guy was great. However we paid for the 2 men for 7 hours!!!!!! when we had 1 and it should have been done in 3! Removus emailed and offered a $150 refund which although doesn't cover it we accepted - and then they never replied or processed. Worst experience, had house mate in tears and paid a fortune for it. Would NEVER recommend.
DO NOT BOOK THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT A STRESS FREE MOVE. Appalling management. I had booked them to arrive early morning (7-8am) but come 9am, no one had shown up. No phone calls, NOTHING. I had tried to contact the office, but no answer. Finally, I get a phone call at midday from two (wonderful) dudes saying that there's been a "mix up", and they just got the job (so obviously, my booking wasn't even entered into whatever system they have), and they could be on their way if I wanted to proceed. So they arrive, do the job, and once it's finished, apparently everyone in the office "had gone home for the day", so I couldn't pay with my credit card, as I had originally requested. Nope, I had to pay cash. NOT IMPRESSED.
EDIT: The owner followed up with me and offered a discount afterwards which I greatly appreciated. If I could update this rating to something more positive, I would, so I'll just leave a comment here saying that there was follow up.
